Colour Appointment Policy
When booking a colour appointment, it is our policy that you also schedule the correct drying and finishing service.
We do not allow clients to leave with wet hair, as it’s important for our stylists to:

Ensure you are completely happy with your colour result, and

Professionally check and confirm the final outcome before you leave the salon.
If you choose not to follow this policy, it will invalidate your 7-day complimentary tweaking period for any colour adjustments you may wish to have.
We offer a 7-day callback policy, allowing you to contact us within seven days of your appointment if you experience any issues or are unsatisfied with your colour. Our team will be happy to assess your concerns and provide the appropriate solution.

Olaplex is used to repair damaged and broken bonds in the hair that's caused by chemical, thermal & mechanical damage. This can be used before, during or after colour services to prevent any breakage.

Metal DX ​
​
Metal inside the fiber creates both a risk of breakage and negatively impacts color results during color, balayage and lightening services.
Metal Detox metal neutralizer pre-treatment neutralizes metal inside the fiber and protects it before color, balayage or lightening services.
Because the formula penetrates inside the fiber, the colour result is homogeneous, lasts longer and hair is intensely shiny.

Important Cancellation Policy
For all cancellations made less than 24 hours and no-shows, clients will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment in order to reschedule. Applicable to 2 or more cancellations, no-shows and same day rescheduling.
A non-refundable 50% deposit for the rescheduled appointment will also be required.
We take 50% deposit for all Saturday appointments in the case of cancellation within 24hrs of your appointment, no show or rescheduling within the 24hrs prior to your appointment.
